By accessing or using Taskify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Taskify is a project management and team collaboration platform that provides task tracking, documentation, goals management, and related productivity tools.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, spam other users, or use the service for any illegal purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create in Taskify. You grant Taskify a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the service.
6. Paid Plans
Free tier features are subject to limits. Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Taskify is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
